Summer Mocktails

I know not everyone wants a mocktail, but in my case, being pregnant this summer, it’s the only choice I have! I miss my wine and margaritas, but with the help of a few other bloggers, I collected a few simple ideas for us non-drinkers! I hope you guys enjoy it. They are easy and you most likely have the ingredients in your fridge. No cooking, no shaking, just simple ingredients for refreshing drinks. Cheers 🙂 And click on the link to follow their pages and blogs for more detail.

5 easy mocktail ideas

Crystal Light- Pink Lemonade, Diet Ginger and Limes- I love pink lemonade and since I’m cravings sweets, it satisfies my craving.

Diet Ginger Ale and Limes– I discovered this when I was so nauseous in the first trimester. It helps your stomach and makes a great mocktail to sip on. I used 8 oz of ginger ale, squeezed fresh lime juice from half a lime and lots of ice. You can see it here.

Margarita- I used Berritt’s Ginger beer, lime soda and jalapenos to make a spicy margarita. You can read more about it at here.  I made a pitcher of it for Memorial Day and it was a hit at the party.

“Mock Sangria”– One can of La Croix water with your choice of fruit. Use a wine glass to make it feel like the real thing.

Cranberry Mocktail– 8 oz of soda water with a splash of cranberry juice and fresh lime juice.

Blackberry Lemon Spritzer– Equal parts lemonade and lemon lime soda, fresh blackberries. Mix lemonade and soda, add blackberries and muddle, serve over crushed ice with a squeeze of lime.

Arnold Palmer– Diet lemonade and unsweetened tea with a lemon and lots of ice.

Passion Fruit Tea + Lemonade– Similar to the Arnold Palmer, this blogger uses equal parts Tazo Passionfruit Tea, lemonade and lots of ice.

Basil Lemonade- Using Crystal Light, basil, strawberries and/or blueberries and lemon, this mocktail is great for a gender reveal or a hot summer night!
