Something I’ve been thinking about is the month of November. It’s usually my favorite month. Friendsgiving, endless family birthdays (Mila turns 2!) Thanksgiving & the feeling of the holidays approaching. I look forward to it this year.

But this year is different. No big celebrations. No parties. Not seeing my friends or all of our family. I actually had a moment the other day about it.

But I have to say, looking at the positive of it. November will be more time spent the kids. Buying things we need rather than want. Planning small & simple. Not running on empty from party to party.

Simplifying my life this month is something I actually look forward to. This is forcing us to condense everything, cut out the unnecessary.

So what I’ll be doing? Pouring a big cup of @tchibocoffee_usa to warm my soul all November long. It’s new to the Chicagoland area & delicious. It’s that fancy everyday coffee you need right now.
