How to make a Chicago Board with Vienna Beef

Summer time chi is almost here and I cannot wait for the warmer weather! To kick off summer and grilling season, I partnered with Vienna Beef to create a CHICAGO BOARD.

This board would be great for Memorial Day or really any BBQ this summer. Everything on the board is Chicago, which is pretty fun creating something that is all local!

A Chicago Board has everything local like Vienna Beef and is a great way to kick off summertime chicago, Memorial Day or any bbq all season long!Board: Target I use this board like once a week! I love it and it comes in two sizes

I used the Vienna Beef spicy sausages that are DELICIOUS. They are made with red pepper flakes and brown sugar, it has a little kick to it, but not too much. I loaded them up with all the typical Chicago fixings. You could also do this with their hotdogs or even split the board with sausages and hotdogs.

  • Buns: Rosen’s Hotdog buns
  • Chips: Jay’s (which are highly addicting by the way!)
  • All Vienna Beef Toppings: Sport peppers, relish, celery salt (my favorite!), yellow mustard, halved tomatoes
  • Some other things you could add to the board: ketchup, Garret’s Popcorn, Big Fat Cookies, Cracker Jacks, etc (these are all Chicago things)
