I am so excited to kick off the 2021 Holiday Season with my first gift guide for the Chicago Foodie! I actually always do this one first! It’s my favorite. Everything is from local, Chicago businesses and linked below! I hope you like it!

2. Chicago Planet Tour Gift Boxes

Chicago Planet Tours does more than just foodie tours! Which if you haven’t done a food tour of theirs, it’s awesome! They know have Illinois Advent Calendars and 12 Days of Chicago. They sent me both to check out and they are FULL of Chicago goodies. How cute to ship to someone who might be homesick this holiday season?!

3. Mr. Charctuerie

I have used Mr. Charctuerie’s boards for at least 3 or 4 parties now! He is so great and super talented! Plus he uses a ton of local meats and cheeses on his boards. He is putting together wreaths and holiday boards for the season! It would be such a nice hostess gift for a Chicago foodie!

4. Mino Prime Steaks

Manny and I recently received a Mino’s Prime Steak gift card for a housewarming gift and had his steaks delivered. They are INSANELY good. He uses high quality steaks and cuts them daily at 4am. This business was created after his restaurant shut down during COVID and now he’s created such an awesome at home dining experience. Either for a foodie date night in OR a meat lover in your life.

Cute frames to go above a bar or in a kitchen for a Chicago Foodie!

6. Chicago Beer Glasses

Love these Alice & Wonder beer glasses. Pair it with a local beer from Old Irving Brewing, Metropolitan or Tiny Mouse (those are Manny’s favorites..) and it is such a nice gift for the Chicago beer lover. These do sell out quickly!

7. Chicago French Press

I LOVE Chicago French Press so much! They now have two storefront locations but it started as a subscription service! I love their monthly coffee bag subscription of 3 kinds to try each month. The Maple Pecan is SO good! A gift card or purchasing bags of coffee with a coffee mug is the best gift for the caffeine lover in your life!

8. Soul and Smoke BBQ Sauce

Some of the best BBQ I have tried in a long time! I love Soul & Smoke. With locations in Avondale, Evanston and now at Time Out Market, they also ship nationwide too! They have their BBQ sauce gift boxes. Their sauces are incredible. And if you do go in person, the Mac n cheese is also SO good!

9. Aged & Infused Cocktail Kits- This Chicago company is a husband and wife dup that serves up everything but the alcohol kits! You can ship the kits, bring them for a holiday party or give them to a cocktail lover in your life!

10. Sip With

These simple syrups basically got us through quarantine! I love that they are clean ingredients and you can make mocktails or cocktails with them! They have cocktail boxes, classes OR the syrups to buy. The Smoked Salt is AMAZING for margaritas! So if you have a margarita fan to shop for, this is the right gift!

11. Five Squared Pizza

Last but NOT least, is now ranked one of the BEST NEW PIZZA’s in Chicago but Infatuation Chi! This Detroit Style Pizza is some of the best and you can purchase gift cards for all the pizza lovers!
